Firstly, let me use this medium to thank the Federal government of Nigeria, for making true their campaign promise of empowering unemployed youth through the N-power program. in, particular, the vice-president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, for his consistent re-assurance that there will be a clear difference from what's obtainable when it comes to employment procedure and selection in Nigeria.

But there is more that we can do! there is more the government can do, though Nigerians have been shown that a massive employment of this nature can be done without lost of lives as recorded by the previous govt. and that everyone from each geopolitical zone in Nigeria can be given equal opportunity in the selection process and a transparent process at that. Let us forget the rhetoric that the big Jobs - FIRS, NPA, CBN, NRC, and so on, will and have been given to the elite - this has always been the norm in Nigeria and that will not change soon, until corruption has been fully dis-institutionalized.

WHAT NEXT?

What's the need for a Job or career that does not lead you through your desired career path, Inasmuch as, it is a Job that is good for the mean time while graduate keep looking out for opportunities of their dream - we may want to deny this, but majority of those that have been selected have once in their life said they will and can never teach - if they can be sincere. since 150,000 will teach, are they gainfully employed or just having a job and not job satisfaction.

What's the need of a job that may or will never provide savings to help in times of need. faced with an Economy ravaged by high inflation and dwindling foreign exchange. Most of this graduate were sent to the tertiary institution so that there can assist their family reach the promise land and am sure 23,000 or 30,000 may not be enough for them alone, not even considering their family.

The state government should ensure that they won't be problem posting the selected unemployed successfully to their place of assignment and the federal government should ensure prompt payment of their remuneration.

The Federal government need to as a matter of urgency make our Economy better than it was met, so that Industries that are moribund will be resuscitated, and make dollar available for foreign exchange, so that companies that have retrenched their workers will begin to call workers back and they will be better Job for the unemployed to do.

The federal govt. should not relax thinking that this achievement is enough to be seen as a working government. Though, this is better than programs of this nature done by the previous govt. but we trust the government to do more, that's the change Nigerians want and voted for.
